"Schwesterchen" is a charming 4-room semi-detached house of 75 m2, partly renovated in 2025, and designed to accommodate a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. The interior features cosy, thoughtfully curated furnishings that create a welcoming atmosphere throughout. The living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, complete with a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space, offering a fully equipped cooking environment. The property includes 2 double bedrooms as well as 1 room fitted with 2 single beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements to suit different group compositions. The bathroom facilities consist of 1 shower with WC, complemented by a separate WC. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

The house operates as a strict non-smoking environment throughout all interior spaces. For guests travelling by car, parking for 1 vehicle is available at a distance of 100 m from the property. The safety of guests is supported by the presence of a smoke alarm and a fire extinguisher on the premises.
