Adjacent to this area, a small open kitchen of 8 m2 is fully equipped for your culinary needs. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities. The rooms on the ground floor are connected by an internal mezzanine staircase.
Ascending via the spiral staircase to the upper floor, you will find a second bedroom of 11 m2 with characterful sloping ceilings and 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This room also benefits from a cable flat-screen television and direct access to a private balcony of 5 m2.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
