Renovated in 2023 and furnished with tasteful, cosy décor, the property combines comfort with a warm Scandinavian aesthetic. On the ground floor, the living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, featuring a Scandinavian wood stove and a flat screen cable TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to a dining nook, creating a sociable and functional space. A shower with WC and a separate WC complete the ground floor bathroom facilities, bringing the total number of bathrooms to 1. Access to the garden and terrace is available directly from the ground floor living area.
The upper floor is reached via a spiral staircase and houses all 3 bedrooms, each featuring sloping ceilings that lend the space a distinctive alpine character. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed, the second bedroom also contains 1 double bed, and the third bedroom is appointed with 1 single bed. The upper floor also benefits from a small balcony of 5 m2, accessible directly from one of the bedrooms.

The property is equipped with air conditioning as well as electric heating to ensure year-round comfort regardless of the season. The living room fireplace, in the form of a Scandinavian wood stove, adds an inviting warmth and ambiance to the communal space.
