This level also provides direct access to the terrace. On the first upper floor, 1 room with sloping ceilings and a rooflight contains 2 beds and is complemented by a hand-basin and a separate WC. Also on this level, an open kitchen equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine is paired with a small dining table, all set beneath sloping ceilings. A shower and WC are also located on this floor. On the second upper floor, 1 room with sloping ceilings features 1 double bed and a hand-basin, with direct access to the balcony. A further room on this level offers 2 beds and a hand-basin, also with access to the balcony.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
