This level includes 1 room with 3 beds and 1 room with 2 beds, along with an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout.

The upper floor mirrors the warmth and comfort of the lower level, offering a living and dining room also fitted with a Scandinavian wood stove and direct access to a balcony. This floor features 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each furnished with 2 beds, as well as an open kitchen identically equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC serves this level as well.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
