"Grandma" is a charming 3-room vacation rental apartment of 70 m2, situated on the ground floor and designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment features 2 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom and 1 room with 2 beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for different group compositions. The single bathroom is configured as a shower and WC. The living and dining area is bright and spacious, elegantly furnished in a welcoming style and equipped with a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, satellite TV, and a flat-screen television. Direct access from the living area leads to the garden, extending the living space outdoors. The kitchen is open-plan and fully fitted, including 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The property also benefits from a large terrace with a lawn and terrace furniture, providing an ideal outdoor setting for relaxation and dining. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all bedrooms will be available for use.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
