On the mezzanine level, you will find the living and dining room, which features a Scandinavian wood stove and direct access to a large terrace. Also situated on this level is 1 bedroom fitted with 1 double bed, alongside a separate WC. The fully equipped open kitchen is equally located on the mezzanine level, as is the shower room with WC, which serves as the property's 1 bathroom.

On the first upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are arranged, both characterised by sloping ceilings that lend the spaces a distinctive alpine charm. The first of these rooms contains 1 double bed and a hand-basin, while the second is furnished with 2 single beds. Both rooms on this floor enjoy direct access to a balcony. Across the property's 3 bedrooms, the layout comfortably accommodates families and small groups seeking a well-organised and thoughtfully designed retreat.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
