The property includes 1 bathroom configured as a shower and WC, complemented by a separate additional WC. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all bedrooms will be available for use.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
