"Mary" is a charming 4-room vacation rental spread across 2 levels, offering approximately 75 m2 of thoughtfully arranged living space with a cosy atmosphere enhanced by wooden furniture and a partial renovation completed in 2022. The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with the rooms on the ground floor connected by a mezzanine staircase.

On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room of 25 m2, featuring a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining nook, and a flat screen cable TV accompanied by a hi-fi system. This convivial space opens directly onto both the terrace and the patio, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom of 12 m2 is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and includes a hand-basin and a separate WC. The fully equipped open kitchen on this level features an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities.

Accessed via a spiral staircase, the upper floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms, both featuring sloping ceilings that lend a characterful, intimate feel. The first upper-floor bedroom measures 12 m2 and is furnished with 1 double bed of 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a hand-basin and direct access to the balcony. The second upper-floor bedroom measures 11 m2 and accommodates 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with a hand-basin and access to the balcony.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Het huisje had wat minpunten. Er was geen receptie op het park. Het zag er wat verlaten uit wat park betreft. Inventaris minimaal. We misten wat
spullen. Bedden is ook aan vervanging toe. Matrassen erg zacht. Omgeving maakte alles goed. Contact met verhuurder zelf zou langs komen niet geweest. Er is wel speciaal beddengoed gebracht. Geen herhaling volgend jaar.
